JC asks, "What if I need to cancel my booth space - can I get a refund?"
RDSF&S - We understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your booth space and receive a refund up until the deadline (this year it's July 9, 2010). We only have so many booth spaces available and sell them until they run out - that means that about 15% of applicants are turned away. We can resell your spot to those on the waiting list. After the deadline we have a much harder time filling the spots as potential vendors have made other plans.
Remember - this entire event is run by volunteers and all proceeds are used to fund the Roy High Band program to keep student fees low. So, if you do need to cancel please let us have plenty of time to fill your spot. Thanks for the question JC!
